Mountain Flight

Mountain Flight
Admire the most remote places of the Himalayas in Nepal is not a problem. Mountain flights provide the answer. In a very short time you can experience the Himalayas at hand as if you could touch.
Mountain flights offer the best chance to take the closest views and to have the most sensational approach of Mount Everest (8850 m) and other mountains like the Shisa Pangma (8013 m), Gauri Shankar (7134 m ), the Melungtse (7023 m), Cho Oyu (8201m), Pumori (8,171 m), Nuptse (7,855 m), Lhotse (8516 m) and Amadablam (6856 m).
Flights depart every morning from Kathmandu airport and flights are performed at an average altitude of 6500 - 7000 meters. The flight includes a loop around the Amadablam before entering the Khumbu valley, and takes passengers to less than 6 km from the world's highest peak Mount Everest (weather permitting). The flight takes about an hour. Each passenger is entitled to a window with individual seat throughout the flight. In addition, all passengers are invited into the cockpit where they can take some spectacular photos of the highest mountains in the world.
Description of the mountains can be seen during flight in the mountains:
